Mexican Delegation to Canada

A Mexican delegation sponsored by Coordinating Office for the Promotion of Foreign Trade COFOCE  (Coordinadora de Fomento al Comercio Exterior) and the State of Guanajuato, will travel on a mission to the provinces of Ontario and Québec to offer insights and counsel for companies that are already operating in Mexico, or to those considering investing in the Mexican market to expand their operations.

The delegates will be in Canada between June 19th to 29th. If your company is already operating in Mexico, and you need a more detailed insight to secure, maintain or expand your operations; or if your company is planning to invest in the Mexican market, please click below and provide us with some contact information and tentative dates to receive our delegates. We will contact you briefly to coordinate the most convenient date and time for all parties.

The objective of this delegation is to present Canadian companies with strategic and operational solutions tailored for the Mexican context. This face to face consultation has been paid by private and public funding in Mexico, and no payment is required nor expected.

Canada and Mexico are important strategic allies in constant dialogue and cooperation. Due to its geographic, economic, and demographic context, this is one of Mexico’s most important relationships in the global stage.

Relationships and agreements like NAFTA, the CPTPP, and others between both countries (and with other nations), have propelled international trade and development for the North American region in many aspects. For instance, the States of Guanajuato and Queretaro in central Mexico comprise the largest automotive and aerospace industrial clusters in the country. These clusters are some of the fastest growing, and most promising in the world.
